Homeless Man Returns Money To Rightful Owner Who — Turns Out Needed It More

When a homeless man found a purse containing $400 on a park bench, he was tempted to keep it. But after seeing an ACCESS Medical Assistance card inside the purse — which suggested that the money belonged to someone with their own misfortunes — he decided to return the purse to its rightful owner. According to “Today”, that owner turned out to be a single mother who was facing brain cancer, and the money in the purse was to pay for her cancer treatment.

With so many people in need, it’s crucial that we all do our part to help where and when we can.
