South Sudanese Need Food And Peace

During a two-day visit to conflict-hit South Sudan, WFP Executive Director Ertharin Cousin and UN High Commissioner for Refugees Antonio Guterres visited an isolated community in the northern Unity State.

In this video, Cousin explains the increasingly desperate situation in South Sudan and why displaced people need the World Food Programme’s help, while Guterres points out that peace is the only way this new nation can survive these precarious times.
